Let us humble ourselves before God.

Brethren, Knowing that Ephesians 2:8-9 is absolutely true. As are the rest of the HOLY SCRIPTURES.
We would each do well to consider closely, how it reads.
So let's do that for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; the HOLY scriptures, affirms: “It is the Gift of GOD, not of works, lest anyone should boast.”
By acknowledging the TRUTH of the HOLY SCRIPTURES, we each can know, that salvation, can only be obtained by grace through faith in what the HOLY SCRIPTURES reveal about the death, burial, and RESURRECTION on the third day, of CHRIST the LORD, who dying on the Cross paid for our sins and took them all away!
It is HE, Beloved, who HIMSELF being the WORD of GOD in the beginning spoke and said: “Let there be LIGHT, and there was LIGHT."
Brethren,
The LORD JESUS CHRIST, is the LIGHT of the world.
HE is the WORD of GOD that is a LIGHT unto our path, and a LAMP unto our feet.
Psalm 119:105 assures us of this, "And every last one of us, who have been BORN of HIS SPIRIT are called to no longer walk in darkness, doing the will and desires of the devil but to embrace the WORD of the LIVING GOD through FAITH, and obedience."
For if we say to believe, we will in like manner obey HIM, who sends us as sheep in the midst of wolves, to reach what is precious to HIM. We will in doing HIS will, and no longer that of the devil!
And we will do so, because we know that Romans 6: 1-2 poses this question to each of us, saying: “What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?"
Right!
How shall we who died to doing the will and desires of the devil, live any longer doing what we say we have repented of doing?
Brethren, GOD wants us to know, that we who have been called out of darkness, and into HIS marvelous LIGHT, are HIS workmanship created in CHRIST JESUS, for good works. How do we know?
Because Ephesians 2:10 affirms this TRUTH and because our LORD assures us, that the good works that we are to walk in, were prepared beforehand.
We have absolutely nothing to boast about!
And having absolutely nothing to boast about, we are to partake in the instruction that's been given to us in Mathew 9:35-38. There, The LORD says: “The harvest is truly plentiful, but the laborers are few.”
Brethren,
Surely, we each know, that serving our LORD JESUS, is a full-time job?
And since we've been called to embrace our calling, we each need to know that we've been sent to preach the GOSPEL, praying that people would change their mind about the WORD of the LIVING GOD.
Yes, and that after having done so, they would embrace JESUS through FAITH in HIS finished work of the Cross.
Yes, that they would embrace HIM as their BOSS, LORD, and SAVIOR!
Oh, what a perfect world it would be, if all people would only embrace the LIFE-GIVING WORD of GOD.
But that time will come!
Yes, the time will eventually come, when the thousand-year reign of the LORD JESUS CHRIST is established here on the earth!
Isaiah 11:1-6 reveals it like this, "There shall come forth a Rod from the stem of Jesse, King David] And a branch shall grow out of his roots, JESUS CHRIST is the root, and offspring of David, the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon HIM, the SPIRIT of WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING.
The SPIRIT of counsel and might, The SPIRIT of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD. HIS delight is in the fear of the LORD, and HE shall not judge by the sight of HIS Eye's, nor decide by the hearing of HIS Ears; But with RIGHTEOUSNESS HE will judge the poor and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; HE shall strike the earth with the Rod of HIS MOUTH, And with the breath of HIS lips HE shall slay the wicked. Righteousness shall be the gird of HIS loins, And FAITHFULNESS the belt of HIS Waist. The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, The leopard shall lie down with the young goat, The calf, and the young lion and the falling together; And a little child shall lead them.
Brethren,
Everyone who wishes to have part in The LORD'S KINGDOM and HIS thousand-year reign on earth. Would do well, to take heed to 2nd Timothy 4:1-5 and consider how the apostle Paul admonishes each of us, saying: “I charge you therefore before GOD and The LORD JESUS CHRIST, who will judge the living and the dead at HIS appearing and HIS KINGDOM: “Preach the WORD, be ready in season and out of season.
Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all long suffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heat up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the TRUTH and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an Evangelist, fulfill your Ministry."
Brethren,
Because we are more prone to judge, than to do what GOD has called us to do. Our JESUS told a parable in Luke 6:39-42 about the problem of not seeing our own faults. HE said: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch? A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is perfectly trained will be like his teacher. And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye."
Brethren,
Being able to see other people’s faults easily without ever noticing our own, is not just an indication of hypocrisy.
No!
But it should also be a wake-up call that the problem in a struggling relationship may be us personally!
Perhaps our attitude needs to change!
Or perhaps our perspective needs to be rearranged.
Maybe we're the one who needs to apologize.
Maybe we're the one who needs to open our eyes!
We all need to embrace a humble spirit. Yes, every last one of us who are members of the BODY of CHRIST.
For if we won't, it will likely be a lesson we will have to learn repeatedly.
We can’t change others, but with GOD’S help, we can change ourselves. When our attitude changes, and others take note it may seem as if they have changed as well. Then all will be well! And then we can continue with what we have been approved of and sent to share.
How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the GOSPEL, Beloved Brethren.
JESUS ✞
