GOD calls the shots!
Brethren,
Isn't it, true," that when you enter a persons house; you enter that house, on the person’s terms?"
"We don't enter in, and suppose, we can do, and say," whatever we'd like!"
Right?
That same principle applies, when entering into The Presence of The LORD, our GOD."
With that in mind,
Psalm 24:3 poses this question:
Who may ascend into the Hill of The LORD? Or who may stand in HIS HOLY place?
["Who, is the question?]
Me? You?
Psalm 24:4-5 gives the answer:
He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his Soul to an Idol, nor sworn deceitfully,
He shall recieve Blessing from The LORD,
And RIGHTEOUSNESS from The GOD of his SALVATION."
[Brethren,
Who hasn't lied, and fallen short of keeping GOD’S law, and HIS commandments?"]
Haven't we all fallen short of doing so?
So before trusting, in CHRIST, weren't we all, in great need of a SAVIOR?"
We were!" But then, we came to GOD, on HIS terms, and on HIS conditions."
And those terms, and conditions, were that we embrace HIS WORD - JESUS CHRIST, as, LORD, to obey."
In that way, we fulfill every last requirement that GOD demands of us.
In the book of Exodus 25-27, GOD makes this abundantly clear in that Old Testament “house of symbols” known as The Tabernacle."
Its construction itself, and the arrangement of the objects within it teach us that we must come into GOD'S HOLY Presence, on HIS terms and conditions."
For example," the bronze altar of sacrifice, stands for the divine judgment of sin." The slaughtering of sheep and goats on the altar symbolize the "consequence of sin." An unmerciful death for the innocent, so that the "guilty" could go free!"
And, Beloved,
"the guilty," is you, and me!
Yet, GOD gives us this WORD through Psalm 103:10
HE has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor punished us according to our iniquities.
Because of, GOD, and HIS LOVE, and "MERCY," we got off, "Scott free!"
In, HIS, GREAT LOVE, for humanity; HE speaks these WORDS from John 15:14, saying:
Greater LOVE has no one than this, than to lay down one's LIFE for HIS friends.
[Because, GOD, is not willing that any should perish;
HE provided a substitute for the repentant sinner,
in a sinless “LAMB = JESUS CHRIST," that would take away the sin of the world.🌎”
For when HE died on a Roman Cross, HIS sacrifice, was what, GOD, "predestined," before the foundation of the world, to take away sin.
Today, anyone, and everyone, can come to GOD."
But all nust come, "on HIS terms."
All must come, by The WAY, that HE prepared for us to approach HIM."
By Trusting The TRUTH of HIS WORD - JESUS CHRIST.
Thus, HE exclaims in John 14:6 saying:
I AM The WAY, The TRUTH, and The LIFE; no one comes to The FATHER except by ME.
[With that said,
Consider GOD'S WORD, with which, GOD, speaks to us in Hebrews 1:1-2, saying:
GOD, Who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by HIS Son, Whom HE has appointed HEIR of all things, through Whom also HE made the worlds; Who being the brightness of HIS GLORY and the express image of HIS PERSON, and upholding all things by The WORD of HIS POWER, when HE had by HIMSELF purged our sins, sat down at the right HAND of The MAJESTY on high, having become so much better than the angels, as HE has by inheritance obtained a more excellent NAME than they..
[A more excellent NAME?
Yes, more excellent!
For, HIS, is, The Blessed NAME," of JESUS!"
The only NAME, by which we MUST be SAVED!"
Acts 4:12 assures us of this, by saying:
Nor is there SALVATION in any other, for there is no other name under HEAVEN given among men by which we MUST be SAVED."
Thus, "The NAME of, JESUS, is, SALVATION, itself, for everyone who Believes!"
For John 1:12 gives us this report, saying:
But as many as recieved HIM, to them HE gave the right to become children of GOD, to those who Believe in HIS Name.
[And isn't it, us, Beloved, who Believe, and GLORIFY The NAME of JESUS?]
And because it is; isn't that why, we are being groomed for HIS KINGDOM."
GOD, is preparing us, and speaking through Philippians 2:9-11 to us, saying:
Therefore GOD also has highly exalted HIM and given HIM The NAME which is above every name, that at The NAME of JESUS, every knee should bow, of those in HEAVEN, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that JESUS CHRIST is LORD, to The GLORY of GOD The FATHER.
[To The GLORY, of GOD,
The FATHER?"
Absolutely!"
And to clear up all doubt in regards to CHRIST;
Consider this conversation in John 14:8-9 where:
Philip said to HIM, "LORD, show us The FATHER, and it is sufficient for us."
JESUS said to him, have I been with you so long, and yet you have not known ME, Philip? He who has seen ME has seen The FATHER; so how can you say,
"Show us The FATHER?"
[Brethren,
Isn't the only way to please, GOD; by first, Believing," and trusting HIS WORD?
Absolutely!" 💯
Isn't anything less than embracing GOD'S WORD, making, GOD, a liar?
Isn't this why Hebrews 11:6 says:
But without FAITH it is impossible to please HIM, for he who comes to GOD must Believe that HE is, and that HE is a REWARDER of those who diligently seek HIM.
[And didn't, GOD, reward us,"
Beloved, when HE revealed, that HE, had prepared HIMSELF, a LAMB,
"To take away the sin of the world?" Yes!" To take away, our sins!"
And because, JESUS CHRIST, is The LAMB;
HE, will always be,
"The GREAT, I AM."
The same, I AM, Who,
from a burning bush, spoke to Moses in
Exodus 3:14, saying:
And GOD said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And HE said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.' "
[Brethren,
GOD, has sent us, HIS WORD - JESUS CHRIST; and spoken to us, in TRUTH."
Just, as The WORD of GOD, spoke to Moses, and sent him to speak, in HIS NAME."
And, in TRUTH, "HE is speaking to us, through 1st Thessalonians 2:4 saying:
But as we have been approved by GOD to be entrusted with The GOSPEL, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but GOD Who tests our hearts.
[And just, how, Beloved, do we want GOD'S testing of our heart ❤️ to reveal the LOVE we have for JESUS CHRIST?
If we won't take our calling to heart, and from obedience to share The GOSPEL of CHRIST, never depart?
Please, Beloved,
I exhort the entire BODY of CHRIST, to heed to GOD'S WORD, that sends us out,
as sheep in the midst of wolves, to reach this lost and dying world, with The GOOD NEWS, and GOSPEL, of CHRIST?
