CHRIST, The Great Divider!

Brethren,
Surely we each know that the WORD of the LIVING GOD created everything?
Yes, that the WORD of GOD gave to each of us, LIFE?
Consider this, when we were each born, none of us asked for LIFE.
No!
But nonetheless, the WORD of the LIVING GOD, freely gave it to us. And now the same WORD of GOD, that gave to each of us LIFE is offering LIFE to the entire world.
For when JESUS died on the Cross, HE paid for the sins of the entire human race. But only those who Believe the WORD of the LIVING GOD, can receive FORGIVENESS of sins. Why?
Well, because we believe that when HE died on the Cross, HE graciously took our place because being absolutely sinless, HE paid for our sins!
You see, the SACRIFICE of CHRIST is sufficient for all, but it is effective only for those who believe. The BIBLE describes JESUS CHRIST, as the WORD of GOD that became flesh and came to live among us. Right.
GOD tells us in John 1:14 that the WORD became flesh and dwelt among us.
But why?
Well, from what I've gathered, before the foundation of the world, GOD preordained the way HE would REDEEM sinners.
You see, through Moses, GOD gave the law. GOD’S law, which we all know today as the Ten Commandments. Yet, being that none of humanity could keep them. Romans 8:3 assures us saying: “For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, GOD did by sending HIS Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin; HE condemned sin in the flesh.”
So Beloved,
The LORD JESUS CHRIST took care of the sin problem of the entire human race. HE paid for the sins of the whole world. But does that mean that the entire will get off scott free, and not have to answer for sin?Not at all!
Consider this,
When the LORD JESUS hung on the Cross, there were two criminals who were crucified next to HIM. Yet, because one of those men rejected the WORD of GOD he is now in the place of the lost; his doom in the lake of fire, forever sealed. But the other, because he embraced the WORD of GOD is now with CHRIST with his place in HEAVEN assured for all ETERNITY.
Their contrasting attitudes toward "The Man" on the center Cross made all the difference for their eternal future.
You see, the unbelieving criminal railed at the LORD in unbelief. The other cried out in FAITH, “LORD, remember me when YOU come into YOUR KINGDOM.”
Let me share the account with you, and get your thoughts on it. Luke 23:32-43 reveals it like this, saying: “There were also two others, criminals, led with him to be put to death. And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified HIM, and the criminals. One on the right hand and the other on the left. Then JESUS said, "FATHER, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." And they divided his garments and cast lots. And the people stood looking on. But even the rulers with them sneered, saying, "HE saved others; let HIM save HIMSELF if HE is The CHRIST, the chosen of GOD." The soldiers also mocked HIM, coming and offering HIM sour wine, and saying, "If YOU are the KING of the Jews, save YOURSELF." And an inscription was also written over HIM in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew saying this: “This is The KING of the Jews.”
Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed HIM, saying, "If YOU are The CHRIST, save YOURSELF and us."
But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, "Do you not fear GOD, seeing that you are under the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we recieve the due reward for our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong." Then he said to JESUS, "LORD, remember me when YOU come into YOUR KINGDOM." And JESUS said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with ME in Paradise."
Brethren,
To the Believing criminal, JESUS said, “Today you will be with ME in Paradise.”
And from what I've gathered, all of humanity is represented by one of those two men. For one will either believe in the finished work of the Cross of CHRIST or reject the WORD of the LIVING GOD altogether. Right!
They will either believe, or reject the GOSPEL of CHRIST, by which we are SAVED, unless we believed in vain.
Consider how 1 Corrinthians 15:1-4, the GOSPEL that brings SALVATION, states: “Moreover, Brethren, I declare to you the GOSPEL which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are SAVED, if you hold fast that WORD which I preached to you - unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that CHRIST died for our sins according to the SCRIPTURES, and that HE was buried, and that HE rose again according to The SCRIPTURES.”
In other words, According to The WORD of The LIVING GOD.
And Brethren,
All of humanity's eternal destiny depends on their decision to The WORD of The LIVING GOD.
Thus,
The WORD of The LIVING GOD, says in John 3:18, “He who Believes in HIM is not condemned; but he who does not Believe is condemned already.”
On this day, Beloved, let us us each thank CHRIST our LORD, for paying for our sins. And then let us be dillingent to tell the world, that everyone who believes in CHRIST, and turns from doing the will and desires of the devil WINS!
For in the book of Acts 17:30, the WORD of the LIVING GOD has given to each of us this report, saying: “Truly, these times of ignorance GOD overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, because HE has appointed a day on which HE will judge the world in RIGHTEOUSNESS by the Man Whom HE has ordained. HE has given assurance of this to all by raising HIM from the dead."
Brethren,
When our Beloved LORD died on the Cross, HE divided time from BC/ to AD.
Yes, from Before CHRIST, to After HIS Death.
Yes, in dying on the Cross, our LORD became The Great Divider.
For one will either Trust and Believe in the WORD of the LIVING GOD, and be drawn near to HIM or in their unbelief, their separation from GOD will become much wider!
So Beloved,
Please pray for this lost and dying world, that they would Believe in the Name of JESUS.
And the WORD of the LIVING GOD, all would receive!
For GOD is is not willing that any should perish! Thus, 2 Peter 3:8-9 gives us this report, saying: “But, Beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the LORD one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. The LORD is not slack concerning HIS promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. And I praise GOD, Beloved, that each of us, already have.
JESUS ✞
