How do you feel about barriers and walls of division and separation?"
I ask this, because November 9th, 2022, will mark the 33rd anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall. On that day in 1989, an announcement over East German television informed people from East and West Germany, that they were free to travel back and forth from east to west.
A day later, East German bulldozers began to dismantle the wall that for 28 years had divided East and West Germany.
"It was a time of great rejoicing," because the news of the fall of the wall, people all over, were loudly voicing!"
In like manner, Ephesians 2:13-14 assures us that our LORD
JESUS CHRIST, is our PEACE, and that HE “has broken down the middle wall of separation” between Jew and Gentile.
Consider how it reads. 🤔: But now in CHRIST JESUS, you who were once far off have been brought near by The BLOOD of CHRIST.
For HE HIMSELF is our PEACE, Who has made both one, and has broken down the wall of separation.
Before we embraced the finished work of The Cross of CHRIST, we were each far off from obtaining the MERCY of GOD. Yes, we were each faced an exceedingly far more impenetrable barrier than that that seperated the people of West Germany, from them of East Germany. And what was that barrier? Our sins!"
But our LORD'S death on The Cross, HIS burial, and RESURRECTION on the third day, made the reconciliation between us and GOD possible.
Because HIS finished work of The Cross,
"took our sins away!"
As Believers, we are each now “members of one another." We are The BODY of CHRIST, who have been called to LOVE as Brothers.
We are partakers of the household of GOD.”
Thus, Ephesians 2:19 gives us this report, saying: Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of GOD.
Together, Beloved, we now grow into “A HOLY TEMPLE in The LORD,” with HIS HOLY SPIRIT living among and within us.
This is our TRUTH and reality, because our Beloved LORD JESUS, has torn down the barrier that once seperated us from GOD.
By HIS death of The Cross, Beloved Brethren, that we have each trusted in, GOD has made us HIS children, and heirs of GOD, and joint heirs with JESUS CHRIST." Thus, Romans 8:17 assures us, saying: And if children, then heirs-heirs of GOD and joint heirs with JESUS CHRIST, if indeed we suffer with HIM, that we may also be GLORIFIED together.
We are The BODY of CHRIST." But before we were members of The BODY, we had no right to the inheritance of CHRIST. We had absolutely no right to approach GOD, nor to the an inheritance of the children of The GOD.
But now that we embrace The GIVER of LIFE,
The WORD of The LIVING GOD." And we no longer resist HIM, Who says: I AM The WAY, The TRUTH, and The LIFE; no one comes to The FATHER except by ME.
We've embraced GOD'S WORD, and have come near to HIM Who says: he who has seen ME, has seen The FATHER.
Thus, we are each," Brethren, Beloved!" Yes, we are even "the wild olive tree" that's been grafted into Israel, by FAITH in the finished work of The Cross of CHRIST, our LORD.
Yes, we've been grafted into Israel, "The HOLY firstfruit," who was first given the right to an inheritance among the things pertaining CHRIST."
The WORD of The LIVING GOD, through Romans 11:16-19 reveals this TRUTH, by saying: For if the firstfruit is HOLY, the lump is also HOLY; and if the root is HOLY, so also are the branches. And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches.
And if you do boast, remember that you do not support the root, but the root supports you.
You will say then, "Branches were broken off that I might be grafted in."
Imagine that, Beloved Brethren!"
"Unbelieving branches" were broken off, so that we, "Believing one's," would be grafted in by GRACE through FAITH."
Yes, Ephesians 2:8-9 affirms this, by saying: For by GRACE you have been SAVED through FAITH, and that not of yourselves; it is the Gift of GOD, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
"The GRACE of our GOD," Beloved Brethren, is simply Amazing!"
Our LORD JESUS CHRIST has broken down the dividing wall, that once seperated Jew and Gentile. Yes, Beloved," HE has torn down the wall that seperated us from The GRACE of GOD.
For before we Believed, and embraced The WORD of The LIVING GOD," we simply had no right to be partakers of the root and fatness of the olive tree.
We had no right to the inheritance of the HOLY firstfruit, being, Israel.
But because we've been grafted in by FAITH, and crucified with CHRIST.
We can now say the following WORDS from Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with CHRIST; It is no longer I who live, but CHRIST lives in me; and the LIFE which I now live in the flesh I live by FAITH in The Son Of GOD, Who LOVED me and gave HIMSELF for me.
We are The BODY of CHRIST." And because we are, we each have a responsibility to The LORD of GLORY."
Yes, for HE has entrusted each of us with The GOSPEL, that we might share HIS story." And that there be no division among us, Beloved Brethren. For 1st Thessalonians 2:4 has this to say to each of us whom having Believed, have been approved by GOD with The GOSPEL.
Consider how it reads: But as we have been approved by GOD to be entrusted with The GOSPEL, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but GOD Who tests our hearts.
Thus, we are each to agree that we have been entrusted with a responsibility to LOVE one another. Yes, being tenderhearted, LOVING as Brothers, and not caring about our own interests, but also for the interests of others.
And if we are wronged on a matter, Beloved. "Quickly forgive." For knowing that we each need to be forgiven. In like manner, we each need to "forgive." For our LORD clearly says, in Mathew 6:15 : But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your FATHER forgive your trespasses.
We are to be tenderhearted towards one another, and LOVE one another, as Brothers.
Consider how 1st Peter 3:8-12 affirms this TRUTH and absolute certainty, by saying: Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; LOVE as Brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil, or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary Blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a Blessing.
For he who would LOVE LIFE and see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deciet.
Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek PEACE and pursue it.
For the Eye's of The LORD are on the RIGHTEOUS, and HIS Ears are open to their prayers; [And since HIS Ears are open to our prayers, do not to forget this Beloved.] But The FACE of The LORD is against those who do evil.
As The BODY of CHRIST,
we are to be united in prayer. And if there be anything that a Brother might need. We've been called to be willing to share. We are to be united in our agreement to GLORIFY The MIGHTY NAME of "JESUS."
Telling everyone about what HE accomplished on The Cross, in order to take away sins diseases!"
For even today, the devil is erecting walls that can not be physically seen, but are agents of division nonetheless!"
"Unforgiveness." "Resentment," and "Pride."
These are just a few things that we are not to allow inside."
We need to be on guard, for we often fall victim to the schemes and snares of the devil, and it ain't that hard.
For knowing that the devil is out to divide us, we need to cling tightly to HIM Who is inside of us."
For Greater is HE Who is inside of us, than he who is in the world.
We, "The BODY of CHRIST, are not to allow the enemy to erect walls that divide us.
For our Beloved LORD, says these compelling WORDS to each of us, through John 13:34 : A new commandment I give to you, that you LOVE one another; as I have LOVED you, that you also LOVE one another. By this all will know that you are MY disciples, if you have LOVE for one another.
But to those who prefer to embrace the hate of the devil." Who is it then, that denounces, and reveals to them, of whom they do the will of?"
Isnt it The LORD, Beloved?"
Can we now see, why this WORD from Mathew 7:22 will be spoken? It reads like this: Many will say to ME in that day, 'LORD, LORD,' have we not prophesied in YOUR NAME, cast out demons in YOUR NAME, and done many wonders in YOUR NAME?'
And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from ME, you who practice lawlessness!"
Every last WORD that's written in The BIBLE, will eventually come to pass. It's an absolute certainty!"
Thus, the apostle Paul urges us to “walk a walk worthy of our calling."
Bearing with one another in LOVE, endeavoring to keep the UNITY of The SPIRIT in the bond of PEACE.” Rather than allowing Satan to build walls that divide us, let us be alert to dismantle, and tear them down!"
GOD help us to tear down everything that separates, and divides us, from being of one "MIND in CHRIST.
I pray that all would see that we are indeed, our LORD'S disciples, and members
of the same "BODY" and household of GOD.
In JESUS NAME, I Pray!"
