CHRIST Alone, is our True Wealth.

Brethren,
Have you ever taken the time to consider what it really means to be truly wealthy? I mean, to be "Truly rich, having it all." Have you ever considered it? Yes? No?
Well, do you remember these names, "Michael Jackson," "Prince," "Whitney Houston," "Elvis Presley?
These are all people who wanted to be successful, rich, and famous." Yet, do you really believe that they were Truly rich and successful?🤔
In other words, "Do you believe that they had it all?"
These superstars that I mentioned, all had one thing in common."
They all had plenty of what people most desire. "Money!"💰 With that said, "How do feel about money?" Surely, we can all agree, that money is a powerful force? We work for it, save it, spend it, use it to satisfy our earthly desires.
And then, when it's almost depleted," we wish we had more of it.
Aware of its distracting danger, Our LORD taught more about "money" than any other topic. And, as far as we know, HE never took an offering for HIMSELF.
Clearly, HE didn’t teach about giving to fill HIS Own pockets. No!" But instead, The WORD of The LIVING GOD, JESUS CHRIST, warned us that Trusting in wealth and using it to gain power, clogs our SPIRITUAL arteries more readily than anything else. So let's consider what 1st Timothy 6:6-19 has this to say on the matter. It reads like this": Now Godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain that we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
For the LOVE of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the FAITH in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
But you, O man of GOD, flee these things and pursue RIGHTEOUSNESS, GODLINESS, FAITH, LOVE, PATIENCE, GENTLENESS.
Fight the good fight of FAITH, lay hold on Eternal LIFE, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.
I urge in The SIGHT of GOD Who gives LIFE to all things, and before CHRIST JESUS
Who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate, that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our LORD JESUS CHRIST’S appearing, which HE will manifest in HIS Own time, HE Who is The Blessed and only Potentate, The KING of kings and LORD of lord's, Who alone has IMMORTALITY, dwelling in unapproachable LIGHT, whom no man has seen or can see, to Whom be honor and EVERLASTING POWER. AMEN.
Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to Trust in uncertain riches but in The LIVING GOD, Who gives us richly all things to enjoy.
Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, storing up a good foundation for the time to come,
[Yes, a good foundation for the time to come on which to stand!" Unlike smoke, that "vanishes away," like sinking sand!" You see, Beloved, GOD desires]: that they may lay hold on Eternal LIFE.
With that said, Beloved Brethren,
The WORD of The LIVING GOD, JESUS CHRIST, in telling the story of the “rich fool,” shamed HIS listeners for not being rich toward GOD. And through Luke 12:13-21, HE makes it abundantly clear, that our LIFE does not consist in the abundance of the things we possess.
Basically indicating, that GOD has a far different definition of wealth than most of us. So what does it mean to you, Beloved, to be Truly rich? Is it being rich toward GOD? Personally speaking,
I am absolutely certain, that it is!"
For even the apostle Paul tells us, that those who are rich should not be conceited about their wealth, “nor to Trust in uncertain riches.”
Rather, to “be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share.”
Even with those who are not all that good looking, and have no hair."
We are to LOVE," Beloved Brethren, though they be our enemies." For if our LIFE is to amount to anything at all, we must do the work of an Evangelist, and fulfill our Ministry."
For there is absolutely no greater way to demonstrate our LOVE for others, and at the same time, become "truly rich and wealthy."
For if we are to succeed in LIFE, and become Truly wealthy."
We are to share The GOSPEL of CHRIST, and pray that all would listen for The LORD'S VOICE."
For The SCRIPTURES clearly depict The WORD of The LIVING GOD, saying in Hebrews 3:15-19.
"Today, if you will hear HIS VOICE,
Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.
For who, having heard, rebelled?
Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses?
Now with whom was HE angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, ["In other words, "Was it not with those who did the will and desires of the devil"] whose corpses fell dead in the wilderness?
And to whom did HE swear that they would not enter HIS REST, but to those who did not obey. So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
"Unbelief, Beloved Brethren, will keep the vast majority, from entering The GLORIES of HEAVEN."
But nonetheless,
The WORD of The LIVING GOD makes it abundantly clear, that every Soul is precious to GOD." Right!" And that HE is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Thus, 2nd Peter 3:9 assures us, by saying: But The LORD is not slack concerning HIS promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
"Right!" And if that is not enough to get us to share the finished work of The Cross of CHRIST, with others.
Here's these WORDS from Proverbs 11:30 to the RIGHTEOUS BODY of CHRIST, saying: The fruit of the RIGHTEOUS is a Tree of LIFE,
And he who wins Soul's is wise."
Interesting, wouldn't you say?" That The LORD, our GOD, measures wealth by the LOVE we show towards others.
And if we are to amount to anything at all." The LORD would have us
consider 1st Corrinthians 13:1-3,"🤔
and how through the apostle Paul, HE exclaims: Though I speak with the tongues of men and of Angels, but have not LOVE, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all FAITH, so that I could remove mountains, but have not LOVE,
I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned; but have not LOVE, it profits me nothing.
Brethren,
From what I've gathered,
The LORD, our GOD, measures each one of us, by the quality of our lives and our generous disbursement of wealth to Bless others.
Thus, HE says in Luke 6:38, "Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure pressed down into your bossom."
Not exactly "Wall Street insider talk," but "great advice nonetheless," for those who think that security and reputation is tied up in the size of their bank account.
All I know, is that CHRIST ALONE
is our "Great Wealth and True Riches!"
Wouldn't you say?" 🤔
JESUS
