Brethren, When I was in 4th grade, my mom, brothers, and I went to meet our teacher's while attending Back to school Night. My mom joyfully met with each of our Teacher's and had a brief conversation with each of them. Of the conversations they had, I really don't remember anything specific except for my Teacher Mr. Waltzer who was telling my Mom that I was a talented writer and that she should encourage me to pursue creative writing as a career.

Well, I never sought that career nor any financial gain that I might have obtained from writing but nonetheless, I am a writer! Yet, my writings are done specifically to GLORIFY GOD and not for monetary gain. Yet, because I’m a writer, occasionally I say to myself, I want to write a book someday.

That’s a worthy goal, wouldn't you say? So I hope I do write a book someday. But above that, I hope and pray that we would each know that we ourselves are an open book that is being known and read by all men. I’m thinking of how The Lord, our GOD, reveals this TRUTH through the apostle Paul’s declaration in 2 Corinthians 3:2-3 where it says,“Clearly you are an epistle of CHRIST, ministered by us, written not with ink but by The SPIRIT of the LIVING GOD, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.”

Brethren, Do we realize that The WORD of the LIVING GOD is being written on our hearts? 🤔

Yes?

And do we also realize that we are each living Epistles of CHRIST?

Yes, living Epistles of CHRIST who are being known and read by All!

Brethren, I love to LIVE, LOVE, and WRITE for The GLORY of our LORD JESUS CHRIST. But I don't kid myself for I know that a person who hopes to effect any good by his writings will find that he will instruct very few.

Why?

Well, because the most effective means of promoting what is good is simply by example. For I cannot write about LOVING and CARING for others and hope to have an effect on anyone without walking the walk that I talk. And in my case, write!

For if I personally embrace hate, which is doing the will and desires of the devil. I won't be able to fight the good fight, nor finish the race.

And the same goes for each of you, Beloved!

Each of you that refer to yourselves as disciples of CHRIST. So I ask each of us, to examine Luke 14:27-30, and consider what The LORD is saying, “And whoever does not bear his Cross and come after ME cannot be MY disciple. For which of you, intending to build a tower does not sit down first and count the cost, whether he has enough to finish it, lest, after HE has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish, all who see it begin to mock him, saying, 'This man began to build and was not able to finish?”

Brethren, Do you see the question mark up above? 🤔

The LORD is asking a question.

Do we have enough LOVE for The TRUTH of GOD’s WORD to finish the race even as Paul did?

Consider it.

For how many men can write a book to instruct his neighbors in The WAY we should go?

Very few!

But every GOD- fearing person can be a pattern of living excellence to those who are in darkness around us. And The GLORY belongs to GOD who has begun a good work in our hearts and is able to finish it until the day of JESUS CHRIST.

Consider how Philippians 1:6-8 reveals it by saying, “Being confident of this very thing that HE who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of JESUS CHRIST, just as it is right for me to think this of you all because I have you in my heart, inasmuch as both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the GOSPEL, you all are partakers with me of GRACE. For GOD is my witness, how greatly I long for you all with the affection of JESUS CHRIST.”

Brethren, You are each partakers with me in the sufferings of CHRIST and I long to see each of you highly decorated with brilliant colors, for your FAITHFUL service to The LORD Who LOVED US and laid down HIS LIFE for our SALVATION. You are partakers with me in the work that our LORD has begun in our hearts. HIS work will result in an influence far greater than any book mankind could ever write. Through GOD’s WORD being written on our hearts, our Lord is displaying HIS LOVE, MERCY, and GRACE, so that all can see that on the Cross A LOVING GOD took our place!

In John 15: 13-14, our Lord clearly says, “Greater LOVE has no one than this than to lay down one’s LIFE for HIS friends. You are MY friends if you do whatever I command you.”

Whatever I command you?

Yes!

In John 13:34-35 HE gives us this commandment saying, “A new commandment I give to you that you LOVE one another. By this all will know that you are MY disciples if you have LOVE for one another." And 1 Peter 3: 8-9 gives us this admonition saying, “Finally, all of you be of one mind having compassion for one another.”

LOVE as Brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous, not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing knowing that you were called to this that you may inherit a Blessing.

Brethren, Are you interested in the Blessing? Well then, our LORD says to us: “You are The LIGHT of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they LIGHT a LAMP and put it under a basket, but on a Lampstand, and it gives LIGHT to all who are in the house. Let your LIGHT so shine before men, that they may see your good works and GLORIFY your FATHER in HEAVEN.

As a CHRISTIAN, few of us will ever write a book. But by living for the GLORY of GOD, we will be one! We are one!

An open book Beloved, an epistle of CHRIST for all to read. So to the WORD of the LIVING GOD beloved, diligently take heed!
